Fits like a real waist trainer should fit
I've tried the more stretchy waist trainers for comfort and they just don't get the job done like a latex trainer. This one fits the way it should. I'm 5 ft -127 lbs. I'm between a small and medium but chose the small for extra tightness and it's not too long on my short torso like most are. The bones make you feel very supported and helps with posture.
