I weigh 127 and I'm 5'3½ with a somewhat athletic build (I have a little pudge from having a baby 7 months ago. I bought a small and it also comes with a piece where it extends so its like small and a medium. If I would have known it came with an extension I probably would have went with the XS and I could have worn it longer. I've seen so many waist trainers that were extremely pricey so I think this one is great for the price. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it would fit someone who has a longer torso. Which I don't have a long torso so I constantly have to adjust it in order for it to fit comfortably. But all in all, I think it's a good waist trainer and it's definitely worth what I paid.Oh And it makes my boobs look great🤷‍♀️😂
