You should use it on a very clean arm

After 5 months of using the blood glucose monitoring system I've finally noticed that the sensors that were supposedly used for 14 days are tending to come off my arm after 9 days to solve - 11 days. My doctor recommended these and I have to say they are great. As mentioned in the title, you REALLY need to clean (and let dry) the arm area with an alcohol pad or cotton swab and alcohol before using them to get the most out of them. But they're cheap, so if one curls up on the edge, just take it off and replace it with another.
