The information that led me to purchase this double knee pad leaves a lot to be desired. Size information is out of date. If you have knee/calf/thigh areas THIS GROUP IS NOT FOR YOU. If your measurements are up to 18 below the knee and up to 20-1/2 above the knee you can use this harness. People have different body sizes. According to measurements, the product should fit. The group is much smaller than stated. If you can get a good fit, this band would be a good option due to its workmanship, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. For those with excessively large knees/hips, this product is NOT for you! No, I would not recommend.
