I switched from them to AirPods Pro since I enjoy listening to audiobooks while walking and found it difficult to do so with Sonya due to the discomfort it caused in my ears. The noise reduction is the same. You need wireless ears with noise canceling if you listen to music. Sonya's audio is unrecognizable compared to AirPods Pro. I used it with an iPhone XS Max, and it didn't work properly through a search until I installed Sony's proprietary program and synchronized through it. ordered cases from AliExpress.
