Review on Pocket Server Waitress Apron for Efficient Serving by Seth Gomez

My favorite part is the pen. The ink ran out in a month or two. I like the rotation feature and how it slides across the paper. The only thing I don't like is that I write on the right side of my book and it's difficult to turn the pages behind the book. When the book is in my apron, the pages stick out and get wet from the drinks and the utensil pit. . I'm a creature of habit, so I'd rather just buy another server book to turn the pages with.
