A pair of 7.5mm. My earlobes seem thin and I have earring holes pretty close to the edges. There is still a distance of approx. 1 mm between the earlobes and the inside of the hoop earrings. Love it!

- I looked everywhere to find the right size for my tragus piercing. 5mm is perfect!
- These earrings were too small. Tried to get ear cartilage earrings that hugged tight but they were too small.
