At first I would just hold my phone in my hand while running, but that's not ideal, especially when I'm running with a dog. The phone feels secure inside and will fit your hand no matter how thin or large it is - it comes with an extra strap in case you have extra large hands. It is comfortable and non-slip. Attempting to use the phone through an armband is obviously not ideal, so I'd recommend setting up a playlist and controlling the volume, and then controlling stop, start, etc. through the headphones rather than the phone. Ideally, it's best to use Bluetooth as there are no wires, but it also works with wired headphones as a Lightning connector is available. Since this is an iPhone 7/8 rated IP67 (dust resistance, waterproof up to 1m in water for 30 minutes), the case itself cannot protect your phone from water or sweat. , but this protection is built into the phone itself. If you carry your phone in your pocket or in your hand when you exercise, I highly recommend freeing your hand and grabbing this strap. Definitely worth it.
