I've already spent several hours troubleshooting and after several days of trying it still doesn't work properly. The MUCH cheaper brand I've used (made by TeePee) is much more reliable. The only reason I chose Leviton is the promise of a 3-way dimmer in the collection. I've ordered enough switches and dimmers for my whole house to upgrade to Leviton so it's all in one app. It doesn't matter if virtually none of the devices can stay on my network. I even reserved IP addresses for each switch and one of the switches is only 3m from my router. The quality of the WiFi connection is unforgivable, and not following the schedule when only one of the 4 devices can stay on the network is just plain annoying. And yes, I made sure the firmware was up to date. I feel like Leviton owes me a lot of money for the hours of my life they stole from me.
