Nice kettle. I received it as a gift for a friend and it arrived on time. The only thing that bothered me was that the box wasn't completely closed and could easily be damaged, but luckily that didn't happen. You can put some tape around the edges to keep it sealed and the top won't pop out. It's not that hard to put some tape around the edges to make sure the wrap is secure. I thank the drivers for handling the package well as they saw it was a glass teapot.
