The best thing about host labs is that they have all of their servers in one place so it's easy to monitor them as well as set up backups with other providers like Amazon S3 or Backblaze B2 Cloud Backup service. One negative I can think of is that sometimes it takes longer than expected when you're setting something up but other then that everything was great. They also offer VPS which allows me to run multiple websites without having too many accounts at different companies. It saves time by not needing to constantly be switching between hosts. All my sites now load extremely fast since i'm only using one server instead of several separate ones from various webhosts.
