The ability to check stock levels, keep track of daily transactions so when we are not in our own office you don't get charged at your home terminal rate. You can have trouble if there has been any kind of IT issue like servers going down or slow connections but these issues can be fixed pretty quickly. There should actually also be something where you could log into it through another location as well as remotely which would allow access during emergencies. I personally dislike how they do stock checks now which means I always over order just incase it doesn't come in. Also no credit card integration yet. This product keeps all information stored locally online so nothing needs shipping/fraud prevention etc - great thing! Stock check system being updated twice weekly instead of once monthly. It does a great job of tracking inventory. It can do inventory updates at the store as well as the corporate level. Also, it is easier to use than other POS applications. The interface is not as user-friendly as others I have used. It is a bit hard to find things sometimes. It is a good software to use. I highly recommend it. It is very easy to use and it has a great customer service team. We have not had any issues with it. It is easy to use and has helped us solve our inventory issues.
