The height of this pencil sharpener is 6.5 inches. The base is 2.5 inches in diameter, but as you can see it "shifts" up. Top 3 inches wide. It has a weight of 1# 1.5 oz. There are rubber bumpers on the bottom, which is nice. I wouldn't say "loud". It makes more noise "as it should" for such a sharpener. Charged with a micro cable (short included). Power adapter not included. The great thing about this sharpener is that there is a little button at the bottom that activates the sharpener. This is great for when you're emptying your sharpener and want to make sure you've cleared any shavings from around the blades. This sharpener is made in China and sold on Revain by a Chinese company. I find it a bit pricey for what it is, but overall I like it.
