Bought 12 of these boxes (24 shelves) after measuring my garage. The product is excellent. After hanging three or four, I got into a groove and there wasn't enough time for the rest. I had no problem losing the screw head on any of them. However, note (and not unimportantly) that the 36" version will NOT properly fit the standard 16" cleats if you place them side by side. If you think about it a little, it makes sense. However, if you have standard cleats, you will need a larger size. You can get around this by changing the spacing between the mounts and stabilizing them by hooking them together with zip ties. But if you do, rest assured they won't be able to handle the excessive weight at the ends of the shelf. However, this is not a product defect, so the number of stars will not be reduced.
