Although it is marked as "tasteless", the taste of the product is noticeable. Unfortunately not pleasant. I tried to "mask" the flavor by adding the powder to the flavored protein shake I use with oatmeal, but I could still taste it. There are no submission instructions; Every other protein powder I've purchased lists the amount of powder to use with any number of ounces of water (or whatever liquid you use). It has no guidelines. Overall, there are much better protein powder options on the market that outperform these in terms of taste (and price).
