I am very happy with this camera! This is my first DSLR and I was literally agonizing (as much as anyone can buy) over the solution. I don't know enough about photography and advanced cameras which made the task even more difficult. A lot of the reviews were very technical and I didn't know what most of the terms meant. I just wanted to know: ๐ฎ Can I pick it up and start right away if all the settings are set to Automatic? ๐ฎ Is it easy to learn how to use it without long learning? ๐ฎ Can it be considered a good camera by the best photographers? ๐ฎ Does she record videos with sound? ๐ฎ Are lenses good for ordinary photos, but better than ordinary photos? Answers: ๐ฎ Yes, it takes amazing automatic photos and still lets me know about advanced features as I go. This camera is user-centric. ๐ฎ My friends who are semi-professional photographers think it's a great camera for beginners and intermediates, easily capable of taking professional-quality photos ๐ฎ It records videos. With noises. And this video is amazing! It's crisp, HD, and can be fully automatic if you just want to record videos without doing any activities. ๐ฎ Lenses are telephoto and wide angle lenses, they can be used with manual or auto focus. We are very, very happy with this camera and feel we got our money's worth with no regrets. To be honest I can't think of anything I would change or want to change about the camera. If, like me, you're new to photography (point-and-shoot aside) but want to upgrade to a 'mature' camera, this is a good choice. I have always been so pleased with Nikon products, this is no exception.
