Having used this laptop for a little less than a year I'm giving it 2 stars because if it starts to work it could be a good machine. The problem is that he often has moments of immunity and freezing. To the point where all you can do is hold down the power button because it just won't move. It shouldn't be like that. I still have over 800GB of untouched storage from over 900GB, but you might think my computer is stuck in junk because of the way it moves. When I first bought it I was happy. I hardly used it. However, the processing speed simply decreased over time. When you have something to do, it's just very inconvenient to wait for the computer to switch between windows or do it on a new screen. It's frustrating for him that the only way to get him to react is to do a hard reboot. Also, the screen isn't very bright and doesn't render colors like some more expensive computers do. The color difference between this and the phone was striking. When you're trying to create graphics and promotional materials for clients, these things are important. This computer wasn't cheap! So it must be better. It has all the good specs (16GB RAM, 1TB HD) but is an advanced word processor. At most you can write an article, watch something online, you can even play a non-systemic control game. Anything else, it will glitch and freeze. Please be careful and heed my warning.
