I have compared reviews of this screen to others based on value and positive reviews. I am very happy. I adjust the screen during the day when it's warm. Stretching the fabric is easiest when warm, the last two corner tacks require a lot of effort. I usually press two or three buttons near the corner to get a better grip while stretching. I found that after an hour or two the wrinkles were almost gone. I lift the umbrella vertically and tie it to the fence and stakes in the ground. It's a big screen, I wouldn't use it in strong winds. I was disappointed to find that the manufacturer does not offer replacement vinyl screens. I would say the main wearing part would be the plastic screen. Obviously the frame is susceptible to damage from abuse, but the fabric ages and cracks over time. Perhaps for the price of getting a new screen every season or two, that's a small price to pay for the enjoyment.
