Halfway inflating I heard the air leak and found a small hole. My grandson found his bag by our door and was so excited I just put a piece of tape on it and finished pumping it up. The lid doesn't fit the water securely, you just have to tinker with it to eventually get it to where it won't leak. Not worth going back and waiting for another. It works decent enough to keep him entertained for a while.
