My kids have been eating them since they were babies, starting with solid foods. I swear there was a time when they lived off it solely and still gobble up their favorite flavors as a quick snack even though they're getting ready for preschool. There are so many flavors (including veggie mixes which were just as popular with my kids) and I love that the company really seems to care about what they're feeding the kids.
