I received this unit to try and help with my leg pain. I had a spinal fusion and the scar tissue and equipment left my leg with severe pain from hip to knee. I also had a knee injury and had three injuries to try to repair. My IT group is like concrete and no foam has helped improve it. This is a great device. It has four attachments and I get the most relief from the two prong attachment which is perfect for running along my IT route. I use a large round ball around the knee and a flat ball along the thigh. Quite noisy when in use, but works great. The handle is nice and thick so it's easy to hold, but if you're doing it on your shoulders you might feel like it's too short, so you'll need to enlist the help of a friend. I've used it a few times a day and got a lot of relief from it. It comes with a zipped case that fits all the accessories as well as the device itself, and it's compact enough to slip into your bag when you're on the go. Use it on any area of your body that has devices.
