Review on 🍪 Norpro Aluminum 3274 Jelly Roll Baking Sheet - 13" x 9.5" x 1" - Durable and Versatile Baking Pan by Kristin Thomas

Bought to use as extra sheet pans in my Breville Smart Oven. They fit very well together with a bit more room all around so I could go a little taller but I'm totally satisfied! I also really like that they have quite high sides which is great when I want to make focaccia! The tray is also a decent thickness, so it seems strong enough not to twist or bend when in use, but not so thick that it takes forever to heat up and cook unevenly.
