The system is not as robust as it could be and it does not have as many features as other more expensive packages. I like the fact that the system is cloud based and integrates with other systems. It is a good tool for creating proposals and other critical sales documents. It is easy to use and the customer support is very helpful. I also like that it is a cloud based system. I can access the system from anywhere.
