I couldn't figure out which style to buy "Old or New" I bought the "New" style and this device is good enough for a little massage in terms of the position of the screw holes. Not so hot what's up. The height and width seem absolutely correct compared to my old cracked device. The back of the device has "2" main differences. It's about 1/2 to 3/4 inch in back, it also didn't have rear screw holes punched in the plastic like the original unit. My original lid was completely open in the back, while the "new lid" had lovers running all the way down the back. Big thing? NO. but this caravan is often left in the desert and I didn't want hot air being blown through rear obstacles so I just cut off the fin area and mimicked the original Dometic factory cover. looks like the old style is shorter at the back due to the dimensions but the height is different, i think i will know if we run the device for hours if it works after a short test i did .
