I bought these jump drives because I needed to add videos to them. The video required 6GB so I bought a 16GB video to make room. When they arrived I couldn't download the file. The attached Q&A sheet said I need to reformat a video if I stream it over 4GB. I figured that out, but then I called tech support to ask if the person I'm giving this jump drive to needs to do anything special with the reformatted version. I'm about to be redirected to a third party as none of their tech support team seem able to answer what I thought was a fairly simple question. While they are well priced and value for money if easily used for my video giveaway purpose, they were initially difficult to use. Edited: Tech support was finally able to answer my question which is why I stumbled upon this. up to 4 stars. But I really wish I didn't have to make a 20 minute phone call and reformat as this has never been reported before.
