They work great for what they are, but since I have a .

I've had them for over 6 months and have a love/hate relationship with them. They're great for what they are, but since I have a small mouth, I had to cut off a bit of the top from the inside to fit my mouth. After that it worked great. I'm a fairly petite female at 5'1" and grind my teeth horribly and with braces it was hard to find something that would fit me but they are great.
