Not exactly what I wanted, but basically everything is fine.

We bought it to replace a dead humidifier of another brand (also steam) and at first we were a little surprised by the noise level. Tried to find out - is it normal? And we must pay tribute to their support service - they politely and professionally explained to us that it should be so.
An important point, if you have hard water and do not have an osmotic filter, you will have to constantly buy special liners that absorb scale. Although, as an option, they can be soaked regularly in citric acid.
But nothing, with time you can get used to everything. One way or another, for this money, unfortunately, there are no alternatives.

Pros

Steam humidification. Powerful enough. Simplicity of design, nothing to break. Price (no competition). Elementary and easy to use. Support.

Cons

One huge and main disadvantage is the noise. If you believe the (not the most accurate) sound level meter application in your phone, then the noise does not fall below 35 dB. The sound is as if a pot is simmering on the stove and this is at the first speed. On the second 45 dB and the sound of a boiling kettle. The second point is the backlight of a single button. Very bright. But for some, this may be a plus, because. you will save on a night light in the children's room. Not very important, but in this model there is no sound notification that the water is over - just the color of the backlight changes from blue to red.
