Beautiful lamp with a questionable design.

I have two of these. I really liked it at first, but as I used it more, some of its "features" became very annoying. Good: nice soft light, bright enough, beautiful appearance; Neutral: Dimmer is "ok". 6 levels is enough, but "stepless" would be better; - Color matching is a trick: I liked the idea at first, but I found that my lamps are 99.9% in "Daylight" mode. so I'd prefer a "daylight-only" option with double or equal brightness but at a lower price; Bad: - The connection of the lamp and the support is very stupidly designed with very limited movements that do not allow free adjustment of the position of the lamp. . Some kind of ball joint would suit me much better! - The connection of the support to the base is also blind: it has a screw that prevents the lamp from slipping out of the base. but the same screw limits the angle through which the lever can be rotated at the base. You just can't rotate your arm 360 or even 180 degrees around the base with this screw; - Acid blue backlit keys. which is VERY bright and annoying in the late afternoon/night. I would prefer a red backlight (doesn't affect night vision) or at least a white one. and much less intense. Yes, the lamp has a switch that turns it off completely, but doesn't turn it on again afterwards. and each time it becomes a two-step process: turn on the switch, then turn on the lamp. Just really annoying; - The control knobs on the top of the lamp are simply flat, it is impossible to control the lamp without looking. It's very distracting when you're working and just want to turn on/off the lamp or adjust the brightness. - CRI lamps in my opinion around 85, which is not so bad. But given that you can buy a decent photo/video LED panel with a CRI >95 for around $25, the $100 price point is ridiculous. So, in general, this is a regular lamp. Yes, it does its job, works well, looks nice. But all these "design features" drastically reduce its value to me. Knowing all this now, I would look for another product. or expect a much lower price.
