I reordered and installed this product. For 2 months my car continued to overheat and leak water. It turned out that the tank body had several small cracks. I contacted the seller and he was happy to send me a new one. I installed it and everything was fine for about 6 weeks. Then THAT also started to flow! It also had pin-sized holes and tears along the back seam in the exact same spot as the first tank! Now I'm uncomfortable. I contacted the seller AGAIN but was told they can only replace the tank once. If I wanted a different replacement, I would have to buy a different tank. I didn't want to buy another one but I was so short on cash and they are so much cheaper than the parts store. So my husband ordered another tank. We keep our fingers crossed that it's ok. We were wrong. Within a few weeks. Well, you understand. So he removed that one and we sent it back for replacement. The same thing. So we destroyed four Dorman tanks in one year. After the fourth, my husband and I just went to the parts store. It cost more, but it's been more than 6 months and still no problems. Conclusion: Do not buy parts from this company. It's impossible to run into the same problem four times in a row with the same part unless the parts are poorly made or sabotaged. Spend the extra time and money to get it from a parts store. The quality is much better and you will not regret it.
