No suction on wood table

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me to offer apology and make things right. Very pleased with their response. I’ll also add that I bought their plates at the same time as the bowls, and the plates have no problem sticking to the table. Just the bowls.Sticks okay on granite counter, but not on wooden dining table.

Pros

Have only used a few times so far but suction works well.

The suction cups are difficult to clean
