Doesn't wash well - Linen

I am very disappointed in my duvets having bought them because they look so pretty but the instructions say to wash before use but after washing, the inner pillows get tangled and knotted so badly that the blanket looks old. Even though you spent nearly 30 minutes untangling all the twists and turns, your quilt ends up looking like one big crumpled mess. Very disappointed in a brand new duvet and I bought two of these and both did the same thing. If you buy them I would suggest maybe hand wash or spot clean because once you wash them the pillow inside will just get very messed up.
