I bought this sprinkler to replace the bearing unit that came with our Frigidaire dishwasher. The standard bottom atomizer with a blue ring round atomizer has always been problematic due to its poor design. We had to replace it several times because it wore out quickly and didn't clean the items in the lower basket properly. I will replace my dishwasher. The last time I tried to fix this, I came across a YouTube video that suggested installing a different lower pulley sleeve. We eventually replaced it with this bottom washer and the dishwasher is working like new again. This particular lower wash arm installs like a poorly designed building block. No tools are required as it simply snaps into place. We are very happy with this purchase as now we don't have to replace the dishwasher.
