I like that all employees are knowledgeable about their product which allows for consistency throughout our organization as well as with other companies within the same field. Some aspects such as customer service could use some improvement. The support staff at this time seems very distant from customers or even eachother sometimes! They should definitely improve training options available in order to make sure everyone has proper knowledge regarding what they do best. We have been able to streamline business processes by implementing DW/BI tools. This gives us visibility into trends allowing us to act quickly when necessary reducing overall costs. Also we can track employee performance much easier than tracking KPIs manually.
