The ability to create my own templates, design them in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator then import into the system for easy use with our customers has really helped streamline printing jobs which saves time and money! We have been able to increase sales by offering more options to clients than we could before using this software as well as being able to track orders from order entry through delivery of final invoice/receipts. I wish there was an easier way to get paid without having to go back each month to pay invoices but it's not too bad at all considering how much work can be done within one click once you figure out where everything needs to go. This program allows us to easily send files via email directly to printers rather than waiting up to 3 weeks when sending paper copies - saving many days per year of processing paperwork.
