I hate this company

I ordered two of these damn things - sent the first one back thinking the lack of instructions was a mistake - just received the second - no instructions - I got one Friend given to sort - also no luck. I didn't have to go to YouTube to find out how to use your damn product.

Came broken and started smoking when I turned it on.

I ordered this as a last resort as an anniversary gift next week as all local engraving services are closed due to the pandemic. I decided to try! The cover for the bits ripped when I opened it (it's okay), but when I connected the device to the adapter and switched it on. Nothing. It never worked. I turned it back on and smoke came out of the engine bay. It was a waste of time and money.
