1 star removed for non-symmetrical mounting. Right side. I figured it would be easy to disassemble the bracket to flip the parts. It is not. All hinges are pressed against each other. The solid panel on the back of the TV has a hinge in the middle but *also* a stud at the 12 o'clock position (not visible in these photos). A hidden bolt prevents the TV from rotating around the central bolt. To turn the whole unit upside down (to put the hinge where I need it) I then had to rotate the TV's end plate 180 degrees and drill a new hole (now at 6 o'clock) for that hidden screw. If you go this route, plan to either drill and tap a 6 o'clock hole, or drill it and replace the hardware with an appropriate nut and bolt.
