I did not receive the product as shown in the picture
I used to buy a pack and it was effective for me and my tongue became clearer. I recently bought a two pack and was expecting the same as the advertised picture but received a different model. Instead of rubber grips and a narrow tip, the ones I just received have plastic grips and a wider tip. It seems cheaper and not that convenient to use. Not sure if this is new/old model or fake. The only indication that this is Dr. Tung's is a small sticker on the top of the box. I'm very disappointed and can't even return it.
