Comfortable for our children

Our family has recently started using tongue scrapers. My husband and I use U-shaped ones but found them a bit difficult to maneuver in the mouth. They are perfect for their little mouths and easy to use.

Cleans the tongue a little, but not well enough.

Advantages: easy to use, easy to clean, comes with travel case. Cons: Doesn't clean the tongue very well. That doesn't mean he doesn't clean at all, he just doesn't get it all. I used to have a tongue scraper with combs and it worked great. When it broke I decided to try this version as it was very popular. It only scans the most superficial things. Good for a quick clean but doesn't really leave my tongue feeling fresh. I recommend spending a little more for a better product.

Effective, simple, mostly good.

You are damn good. They work well, I especially like that they come with a case with a small air hole. The case is difficult to open. My main complaint is that they didn't come with instructions or even an 'A' and/or 'B' label. I read all the instructions on the internet, researched and decided which one to use and I had to go back to them. I figured this out through trial and error, and I'm sure someone will laugh at me for wanting directions, but a small piece of paper or two small stickers…

Metal cuts tongue

Maybe I'm used to plastic tongue scrapers. It was very painful to use. I'll admit I used the same pressure as the plastic scrapers, but even after adjusting the pressure it was uncomfortable. I liked that it came in a case but I haven't used it again. I went back to my softer scrapers.

It works, but I think the plastic ones are better!

PROS: The product appears to work and so far there has been no rusting on metal parts (for about a month or two). I like that there is a travel bag. CONS: Is there a slight "smell" of metal on the tongue? Feels like biting aluminum. I've used plastic scrapers with spiky brushes before, and I really feel like I prefer tongue cleaning to the scratching sensation. Since the scraper has a hole in the middle, it can also get a little dirty. CONCLUSION: I think I prefer (and recommend!) the plastic…

They are surprisingly strong

I expected them to be very fragile at this price but they are not. They are light and the handle is very comfortable in the hand. One side is a bit more aggressive than the other which is nice because it kinda scratches it first and then flattens the second side so you have no issues and a super clean tongue. Good price because I've never found them cheaper than $10-12 for two.

Attention buyers. not like in the photo.

While I love this product and it's easy to use I was so disappointed that it didn't come with the cases pictured. Packed "pick and go" bathroom case. They arrived with two packed together in a large unvented metal box. It destroyed all reasons for ordering! So now I have a great little travel item with a huge bulky useless suitcase. I feel cheated. Please do not use misleading images in ads!

Really helps me get to the back of my tongue better than the free gifts the dentist is giving out

These durable cleaners feature a comfortable grip. The cleaners made it easier for me to access the back areas of my tongue that were difficult to reach with the free cleaners my dentist gives out after each visit. I also feel like they make my tongue a lot cleaner than the plastic free toys I've used.
