Pretty but weak Good for jewelry

The ones that puffed up and blew up were pretty, but we couldn't believe how many of them burst open once you tried to blow them up, had a hole preventing them from exploding at all, or blown away immediately. One bag should have been enough, but with all the punctures and deflation, we would need two bags to do what we wanted. We also bought pearl balloons and dusty rose balloons and they were great.
