Beware the odds: 59% think it's great; 29% consider it useless and unusable!

I was one of almost 1/3 of the reviewers who found this drum useless and unusable. Such imperfect quality control should be enough of a warning, but I've learned my lesson. The drum created halos and ink spots on the paper, and no adjustment of the printer/copier settings helped. I wasted dozens of pages to give him a chance to clear up but to no avail.
