Advantages: 1. Efficient space heating if left on all night in winter with no outside temperature around 20 F.2. Clear instructions.3. The kit includes a built-in air filter that is easy to clean. Suitable for dusty environments. Disadvantages: 1. Lack of safety shutdown when tipped over.2. "Adjustable thermostat" only has "High", "Low" and "Fan" settings with temperature settings in 5 degree increments, which is the minimum setting, especially for a small room.3. The 70F temperature setting works when the room temperature is 75F, so the setting is inaccurate.4. The remote doesn't have a display so you have to look at the top of the heater to see what you're doing, so it's essentially useless. A high heat output does not feel that hot for a 1500w heater.6. The fan only blows in one direction and does not vibrate.7. The overheating protection switches the device off permanently so that it no longer works (this is stated in the instructions).
