I'm 5'2 and 185 lbs, I usually wear 16/18 pants/jeans and I bought these a size 2x and they fit well, waist is a bit of stretch (but not much) I didn't have to unbutton it to put it on my hips, the lace seems soft and doesn't sting. The front is a bit longer than I would like for my short frame, it comes down to my knees, I like the longer rear. Seems to be of good quality although I have not worn it, only tried it on, it took a while to arrive but it was worth it, cheap the wait
