We have bought solar panels from two different brands of this size and type. We bought two of these. We've heard great things about the quality and durability of this brand and their reliable customer service, unlike the Renogy brand that we also purchased. Agrees on both counts of what we've examined. We even tried cold calling before making a purchase for her and Renogy. This company is for you. It's different at Renogy: It's a good thing that customer service wasn't the deciding factor. We never contacted anyone in Renogi. I hope we never have to. In any case, good customer service is hard to find after just a few days. I'm so glad this company is more responsive. That's why we have two different brands. Figured if one breaks we have another to back it up. Seems heavy enough, solid, and big enough to do the job it's designed for. We bought our solar panels for the 2000W Bluetti solar generator. We're glad we're spending money on quality panels. We will update the rating as needed. They are heavy and bulky to move.
