Doesn't change iPhone with MagSafe cable.

I bought this to replace my iPhone 12 with MagSafe cable in the car. That does not work. I figured it might be the electricity so I tried an iPad and regular iPhone chargers. It still didn't work. I've tried all 3 in the pack with no success.
