After twenty years of using keyboards, this is the very first and only one that has ever "died" for me. The additional USB port, which is being blamed for the problem, is actually rather comical. It was really snug, so I inserted a standard flash drive before beginning my adventures (I used it carefully; in fact, I would even go so far as to say lovingly). In spite of the fact that the second cable had been removed, she was still erratic. The keyboard is fantastic, however the poor quality control in production makes it impossible to recommend.
