Review on Klaxon - Incident Management by Ronnie Staver

The ease of use for those who are new at this software is great! It's very user friendly but still has some features that could be improved upon (as there seems like they're always improving). I would say it comes with all you need out of box which was nice because we don't have any other programs in place yet so everything worked well together when first installed onto our network/server. We didn’t really find anything negative about using their product; however as mentioned above improvements can definitely help make things better or easier than what currently exists from another source if needed later down the road once more products come into play within an organization such as ours. Incidents management system used by many companies today including us here @ my employer where i work full time doing incident response team support duties etc.. This allows me access anywhere via phone app / web browser even without internet connection allowing quick responses while also being able get updates throughout day regarding issues discovered along way.
