That's a great thing. I'd like to note that I'm not an expert at tablet drawing and that this was the recommended accessory for my 101 stats class, but I've used it for a lot more. I had fun with MS Paint, Drawful, Adobe Illustrator and even surfing the web when I didn't feel like using a mouse. While the drivers for it are very helpful, it's just as easy to connect and use, with the only major difference being that the stylus can simply be used as a mouse. The tablet works great on flat surfaces and just in my lap, and I didn't notice any sensitivity issues in a variety of conditions. It's fairly light and also comes with a nifty little handle and some other accessories. Overall, I'd say this is a great step for beginners or those who don't need a tablet specifically for graphic design, like me. Also a fun and relatively inexpensive mouse alternative.
