Very easy to use. So easy that my 9 and 11 year olds use it almost every day. I would like to change a few things. There is no on/off switch. It turns on when connected and off when disconnected from the network. Because of this feature, I think it sparkles every time we plug and unplug it. Which can be scary for my kids. Another thing is that it doesn't cut all the way through the middle of the sandwich, so we still have to use a knife to separate the slices. Aside from those two things, we enjoy it and use it every day. . Ideal for mini pizza, ham and cheese, regular grilled cheese, etc.
