This printer was just a big problem. The first one I bought stopped working after 3 months with an error code that couldn't be reset. I called Epson support and they replaced it under warranty and sent me a new replacement unit. 3 months later the same problem with new printer. Not that I use this printer often, maybe 20 pages a week. Also use original Epson print cartridges. I'm struggling with Epson because it's up and running for an hour. They want to send me another replacement but as you can imagine I have no desire to buy another printer of this model just to go through the same thing again. Sat on SUPERVISOR for half an hour wondering if that was just a tactic to tire me out and hang up and now I'm resisting the temptation to literally throw this printer out the window and put an end to it. The only thing they can do is send me another one, Blazing mad here, and hope the third time turns out to be a spell. What a mess! Update - they sent me another printer (same model) and a day later that one died too! brand new as it came in retail packaging. I'm working now, but who knows for how long. If this goes, it will cut my losses, reduce irritation and stress, and throw it straight in the trash.
