Avoid this printer like an airport during Thanksgiving

Definitely one of the worst printers I have ever used. Back-to-back purchases of different types of Epson printers and they all seem to have one thing in common: they're terrible. The first was dead on arrival, so Revane immediately sent another. The second had problems with Wi-Fi. So I thought I'd try this other model. This printer barely made it through 96 pages before issuing a low ink warning for black. I only use this printer for light text documents. At over $20 for a black ink cartridge,

I will never buy an Epson product again!

Epson is not only trying to coerce or trick you into doing its automated scam into sending you more ink, but if you are naively getting a firmware update from them accept, screwed again. Firmware update sounds like a good idea, right? I've done several in the past with no apparent problems. But this time, right after completion, the printer refused to recognize compatible third-party cartridges. I've successfully printed from those that have been installed for a month or more, but after this…

Terrible prints

I wanted an XP330 but it was no longer available. It was the next in line - but it can't be compared. I've owned it for about 6 months. At first everything worked well until paper ran out. Then he submitted the last 20 pages at once, but with words printed on each page. This happened to me once more, then I decided never to keep the paper feed too low. Shortly thereafter, the quality of the printed words became fuzzy here and there. A little more time passed and I noticed that there were no…

This computer had problems connecting to Windows 7 computers, but I was able to get it working after a few reboots. It connected my computer to Windows 10 without any problems. I am removing two stars because the computer cannot be fully controlled from a computer. Paper settings often need to be confirmed on the printer. A donkey. I'm trying to update the firmware from my computer and the screen on the printer confirms it's available, but nothing loads. There seems to be a conflict between the

Not that I use this printer often

This printer was just a big problem. The first one I bought stopped working after 3 months with an error code that couldn't be reset. I called Epson support and they replaced it under warranty and sent me a new replacement unit. 3 months later the same problem with new printer. Not that I use this printer often, maybe 20 pages a week. Also use original Epson print cartridges. I'm struggling with Epson because it's up and running for an hour. They want to send me another replacement but as you…

Set up was quick and easy over my home wireless network

I did a lot of research on printers before purchasing this printer so my expectations were lowered accordingly. Setup was quick and easy using my home wireless network and connecting through a Netgear router with Apple, Lenovo and Dell laptops. PDF scanning image quality is good, black and color print quality is good, Wi-Fi reception is stable with no dropouts, and AirPrint works great with iPhone 5, 6, and 7 mobile phones. So, the first experience was a good four days; I hope it's true in a…
